Deskjet F380
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer/scanner HP Deskjet F380 is no longer able to scan, or at least, it doesn't seem to communicate with the computer.  Have tried all the fixes - no drivers are listed for my printer/scanner and the HP print and scan doctor does not find a solution:

From searching around there's mention of Digital imaging monitor which I don't see in my control panel - could this be the problem?  Where can I download this?

Hello @kmes ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Adobe has permanently disabled the Flash Player as of 12-Jan-2021, and as the HP Solution center software is based on Flash, it may not work as expected.

You find a Solution here.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The first solution did not work (HP Scan Extended), but the second one, (HP scan and capture did).  Thanks!

It should be way, way, way easier to find these solutions from the HP Support website.
