Help, I am having a problem printing using HP Smart on our second computer. I have downloaded the HP Smart app, The app is not recognizing Word documents and when I am trying to print from inside the word document, the computer is not recognizing HP Smart as a printing option. What have I done wrong during setup? I have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor as well, and not finding any issues. I've also gone into the Control Panel and made sure that my printer is set as the default printer.
Initially, my son was saving all of his work in Google One Drive, which I think might be one of our issues. I've moved the saved files over to my computer Desktop.
Any help to troubleshoot, will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
Are you getting any errors while accessing HP smart app?
Are you able to print from different documents or pictures via HP smart app?

Every time I open the HP Smart app, there is a pop up box asking if I wanted to install the driver. When I tap on the pop up box, nothing happens. In addition, when I do go to print, there isn't an option to print to the HP Smart option, like I have on the first computer. It has the option to print to the actual printer. When I do try to print using the Printer model number option, the second computer shows it is currently offline, The printer isn't off line. I am able to print from the original computer (via HP Smart),
I REALLY need to print from this second computer, since it is the one my son uses for his school work.

Could you please completely remove it and try to install it from the Microsoft store and check if the issue persists.
