Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have DeskJet 3752 All-in-One printer, it only has a basic control panel. I can't connect to the internet. All of the instructions send me to some variation of 123.hp.com which tells me to download the app. I've downloaded it on every device I own and each time it prompts me to sign in, create account, or set up printer. I've tried each option and under no circumstances can it find the printer. In fact, the app tells me to ensure my printer is connected to a network, but that's what I'm trying to do. I've attempted each possible alternate path I can find. I went through the virtual assistant, which again told me to download the app and assumed the printer was already connected to the app and wants me to continue to device set up via said app. Absolutely no method that the app, printer, or virtual assistant has helped in any way. I have a case number via the customer support but won't be able to use it until next week when I have free time around the printer. Can anyone possibly help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

Sorry it took so long to get back, but I just got time to work on my printer again. I had already tried that and it does absolutely nothing to connect me to wifi. I just tried it again to double check and nothing. You literally skipped any real instruction to help me find a way to log into my home connection and instead gave me instructions to "restore"???? It's never been hooked up so I don't see why I'd "restore" anything. Then told me to connect to wifi like that wasn't my problem in the first place. I can't find a single way to connect it to my internet and hardlining is not an option.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
