It looks like your printer is feeling a little lost—kind of like it missed a few steps during setup. That message usually means something in the initial setup was skipped or didn’t finish properly.
Try this:
Unplug the printer, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
Make sure you've removed all packing materials, installed the ink, and loaded paper.
Follow the setup instructions in the box or scan the QR code on the printer’s screen (if available).
