Hi! @IanH1, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I understand you have issues connecting your printer to the network after updating your MAC to 13.2.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Is your printer working with USB connection?

As you mentioned you have issues connecting your printer to the network after updating your MAC to 13.2.

Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.

Try to disable IPv6 on the printer to make sure IPv4 is used by your printer and router on your network.

Try the steps recommended below.

Connect to the wireless network using wireless setup wizard.

Use the printer's built-in Wireless Setup Wizard to walk you through finding your network name and entering the network password to connect the printer to your wireless network.

  note:

To use the Wireless Setup Wizard, you must have a wireless network set up and running.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon (). The Wireless Summary screen displays.

  3. Touch the Settings icon (), and then touch Wireless Settings.

  4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the instructions on the control panel to connect the printer to your wireless network.

Also, try resetting the print system on your MAC and check if it helps.

• Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.

• Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.

• Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.

• Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.

• Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.

• Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list

• Restart your computer and then go back to System preferences – Printers and scanners.

• Click the “Add button” (+).

• Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer. Do not select an HP Fax driver.

• Click “Print Using...” or “Use”, and then select Secure AirPrint or AirPrint. Alternatively, you may select the name of your printer if available in that list.

The answer given by Mr Robot worked for me. Not a good advert for the Apple helpdesk who could have suggested the same solution instead of insisting it was a HP problem (which it sort of was).
