I have an HP Officejet 6500 709a that was perfectly functional on an HP Envy 20 using windows 10. I'm trying to set it up for an HP Spectre x360 and downloaded the Hp Solution Center with all firewalls and virus protection off. When I open the Solution Center, I get a message saying "cannot run because your device installatin is not complete. (advise about plug in USB cable and rerun program), and finally if does not complete installation, access help files in Start Menu". I've followed all procedures unsuccessfully. Seeking a solution to getting All in One operational.
