HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One Printer - D411a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The HP Envy 110e software cannot locate my printer. I have searched multiple times. I have downloaded and removed and downloaded software twice. I have connected to my wi-fi twice using press button wps and printer display and software recognize my IP address and wifi network . Both setup software and troubleshooting print doctor do not recognize my IP address....Can you assist?

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

 

Go to Setup Menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults>Yes.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
