We live in a house of 7 people and one of the girls got instant ink and now we cant bc she moved out and wont take the house printer off her account . Tried talking to HP but they sent me in a circle so im coming to you guys . Thanks in advance .

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with re-enrolling your Printer in instant ink service.

 

If the printer is enrolled in instant ink with an account and you want to re-enroll to another account.

 

You will have to get the person to cancel the enrolment before enrolling to a new account.
