Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer I bought at a flea market, most "features" are locked, and I am now unable to access them and change their parameters including setting up my wireless network.  I get the message, "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer." But, I do not know how to unlock the locked features. Is there a solution?
