I have added this printer to my printer server and I am able to ping this printer from the server and from my computer.  However, I cannot remote into this printer due to err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch.  I cannot figure out why this is.

Troubleshooting I have done:

1) Delete and re-add the printer in my printer server with the proper Drivers (the 750 ones)

2) Reboot the printer numerous times with the power button and by removing the power cable for a few seconds

3) Tried Chrome, IE, Edge, and Firefox

Normally I can remote into any printer once I can ping it; but this is totally unusual where I can ping it but not be able to remote into it.  This printer is replacing an older printer I had and I am using the same network settings.  I am ruling out a networking issue because I can ping the printer but there must be something I'm missing.  Can anyone assist?

With this specific printer model, I had to physically go to the printer and in the console configure the security settings.  There was an option to choose "http" or "https" and it was on "https."  Once I changed it to "http," I could remote into the printer via the browser with IP.  I was then able to proceed in updating the firmware, add it to the printer server with drivers, and harden the printer.  During the hardening process, I was able to remotely change the security settings from "http" back to "https" and was not kicked out of the printer.  I could also sign out and sign back into the printer remotely.
