I have a new MacBook Air with macOS Big Sur Version 11.4. And a hp-printer HP ENVY PHOTO 7134.
Both are connected in the same WIFI-network - also my IPhone and my iPad.
a) If a try to print out a any document established on my IPhone or iPad >>> no problem with the hp-printer;
b) If I try to print out a document established on my MacBook Air with a Microsoft- programm (like WORD or EXCEL for Mac) - >>> no problem with the hp printer;
BUT:
c) If I try to print a document established on my MacBook Air with a typical full-included Mac-program (like MAIL or SAFARI) >> the hp-printer stops the printing on the page 1 at least after having print only 40% of the full page. And the hp printer remains stopped with the following error-message: "unable to add document to print job"
I reinstalled the hp-printer without success.
Who can help me???

Welcome to the HP support community.
Follow these steps to fix the issue.
Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
Update Mac OS:-
Go to Software Update in System Preferences to find macOS Big Sur. Click Upgrade Now and follow the onscreen instructions.
Are you using the HP Smart app?
If yes, HP smart can only print pdf and word documents.
For other files, use Airprint:-
Add the printer using Airprint
Click the Apple menu, and then select System Preferences.
Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.
Click the name of your printer, click the Minus sign, and then delete the printer.
Click the Plus sign, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.
Click the Use or Print Using box, and then select AirPrint
Click Add to add the printer to the list.
Try to print.
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
