Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
I recently changed my desktop from Linux Fedora to Linux Kubuntu 22.04 LTS KDE Plasma. My HP Printer is a Officejet Pro 6968. The printer worked perfectly on the Linux Fedora and still does using my laptop which is still Linux Fedora. Trying to setup the printer on USB on the new Kubuntu, I get the printer to show up on Discovered Devices. When I click next, I get a popup from HP Device Manager - Setup, "Unable to communicate with the device. Please check the device and try again".
I've run out of options. Firewall is turned off, HPLIP is installed etc. Again, the printer still communicates with my laptop running Fedora. Any ideas?
Thanks
