Purchased a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e and cannot connect it to my wifi

Check the network you are using for connect printer is a 2.4 Ghz, for more compatibility and easy install.

 

1. Restore Network settings with the next steps:

  • On the control panel, touch "Menu" > "Settings" > "Network."

  • Scroll to "Restore Network Settings" and touch "Restore."

2.  Then you can try with the "Wifi-Setup Wizard"

 

3.  Also you can start Setup process with a mobile device:

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
