Unable to log in to print and scan doctor 5.7..4 because it doesn't recognize my password. Also it changes my username to Admin which is incorrect.
How do I resolve these issues?

I see that you are facing an issue with using HP print and scan doctor for your Printer.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
1) Uninstall the HP print and scan doctor application and restart the device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Click on this link to download and install the HP print and scan doctor application again.
3) Now login with the same username and password. Let me know if that resolves the issue.
