HP Office Jet Pro 8710

Printer HP Office Jet Pro 8710.  When I tried to print from a website received error code 0X8007005.  I need to know where to find the place on the printer or computer where you can give access or deny access to the printer.

Welcome to HP support community.

Which browser are you trying to print from?

Did you try to print from a different browser and check if that prints fine?

Reply with the requested information for more assistance.

Cheers.

I had a friend come to my home to correct the problem.  He downloaded my printer drivers and installed them.  Apparently when I did a printer update, it did not update correctly.  I am now and to print from the web and my computer.
