HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

I keep getting a message saying that "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved." Please help, I don't know what it could be, there is paper, I recently changed the ink, and everything was working fine, it is also connected to the wireless...I should be able to use my printer without any problems.

Hi @Khrysttel,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out. Based on the error message you're seeing — "A problem has occurred with your HP account, and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved" — this issue is typically related to your HP Instant Ink subscription.

Please let me know if you have an HP Instant Ink subscription linked to your printer, so I can try to find more help

Keep me posted

Take care and have a good day.
