Product: Hp all in one laserjet 3055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a laserjet 3055 all in one printer but i can not get the scanner to work i tried downloading drivers on one computer and copied over through usb to my one but its not working

Hi,

Please be sure to install below drivers:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL44939/fp-148007-1/Dot4x64.msi

 

Is the printer connected via USB to the computer?

 

Be aware that scanning from Windows 10 is only supported on a USB connection to the printer.

Hi thanks for the quick reply

I tried uninstalling the printer to then  install this driver but after i reinstalled the printer nothing worked (i couldnt print anything aswell)

 

The usb cable is plugged in as i can print documents
