HP Office Jet 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet 8620 has the web services have been disabled error message and you recommend to another user to perform a comprehensive reset. I have tried everything I know to get this printer back.  It is online and I can connect via IP Addess to HP Officejet Pro 8620 Embedded Web Server. I have HP Instant Ink but it says it cannot connect to the printer even though it is online.  I cannot find or print my claim code. I have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.1 several times without luck. Please advise.
