@ww27dc, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're trying to print a document, but instead of seeing a "Print" button, you're seeing "Save"—this usually happens when the default printer is set to "Microsoft Print to PDF" or another virtual printer instead of your HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e.

Here’s how to fix it:

On Windows:

  1. Open Control Panel → go to Devices and Printers.
  2. Look for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e in the list.
  3. Right-click on it and select "Set as default printer".
  4. Try printing again, this time you should see the "Print" option instead of "Save".

On macOS:

  1. Go to System SettingsPrinters & Scanners.
  2. Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e.
  3. Click "Set as Default Printer".
  4. Try printing again.

Additional Tips:

  • Make sure your printer is connected and online.
  • If you’re printing from a browser or app, double-check the selected printer in the Print dialog box.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
