OfficeJet Pro 9018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two computers at my small business that refuse to install a driver for a networked printer described below.  I have used HP Smart, Start Smart small and full, Print Doctor, attempted to install the driver manually through windows.  I attempted some registry manipulation suggested in forums that I have now restored due to ineffectiveness.  I have uninstalled all HP software and print drivers.  I have used windows update.  I have repaired the Windows 10 images.  Anything else I can try?

Thanks for the reply.  I have tried these steps. I contacted HP and they said it was a problem with windows so I performed a "Reset This PC" action with the option "Keep my files"- unfortunately  even after all of that, when I select the printer on my network and it attempts to install an error still pops up "element not found".
