Are you using WiFi direct from your mobile units directly to the printer? If so your windows 11 system needs to be using Wi-fi direct.
If the printer is connected to your modem, then possibly your laptop does not have the correct IP address.
If you bring up Printers and Scanners you can set the default printer. If the IP address has changed you may need to find the printer first.
If you had to re-find the printer you should remove any other reference to the same printer as the reference may not have the correct IP address.
Click here for network setup using HP Smart but in a different language
You may need to reset the printer: instructions here
WiFi setup to router: instructions here
For WiFi direct setup click here.
This is useful if there is no modem or you do not want to give someone access to your modem but you want to let them print something.
Simple push button or WPS setup is described on page 27 of Users Manual
Full feature software click here April 2024
Printer Reference 6032e supports 2.4 and 5ghz bands
Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.

I'm glad you figured that out. I haven't used VPN in some time and I keep forgetting that a lot of people use that

Thanks for your help on my printer problem, I had paper jam issue, printer fed torn paper out, I thought that would resolve the issue, but now I'm getting a constant E6 message on the display no matter what I try. Maybe print rollers are damaged beyond repair???
