With new computer HP Inspiron 5570 after printer Driver update for Photosmart c6380, have no access to scanner.  Driver does not provide HP Solution Center.  And Windows Scanner App does not recognize any scanner.  Any Ideas?  Or at least confirm Printer Photosmart c6380 is not compatible with Windows 10 for scanner operations.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can download the FULL featured software from this link:

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c6300-all-in-one-printer-series/35602...

Else, just try and see if this standalone scan software works for your printer:

HP Scan Extended

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Hope that helps!

Download of recommended driver did not help.  Tried multiple times.  Scan extended resulted in notice 1) Scanner not available being used be another 2) HP Image device not found
