A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I believe we can disable mirror image printing by disabling Flip Horizontally option. Here is how to do it:

1.) Open the word document you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary.

2.) Click the unnamed print options menu and select Layout.

3.) Un-check Flip horizontally.

4.) Click print.

Once the print job is complete, these settings will be set as default for future print jobs until you select a new preset or change settings.

Let me know how it goes!

I'm glad you posted the "Print" dialog box. How do you print 2-sided in Word? There is no place to select it in the main window OR the dropdown menu that you are showing.

On the print dialogue window click the unnamed print options menu and select Layout. Click Two Sided and select Long-Edge binding (Portrait), or Long-Edge binding (landscape).
