Hi @Diane123451

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Got it—let’s get to the bottom of this. To help you reconnect your printer and bypass the WPS PIN prompt, I need a few quick details:

  • What’s your printer model? (e.g., HP OfficeJet 8020e, DeskJet 2700, etc.)
  • Are you trying to connect via Wi-Fi or USB?
  • Does your printer have a touchscreen or just buttons?
  • Did you recently reset the printer or change your router?
  • Are you setting it up on a Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device?

Once I have that, I’ll guide you through either retrieving the WPS PIN or using a better method to get your printer back online—no guesswork, just results 💪.

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
