Product: Xpress C430W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
For the last few months I have been having issues printing from printer Xpress C430W, it either says printer is offline or drivers are unavaliable.
I've redownloaded the drivers and the software and a multitude of other software that the virtual agent has suggested multiple times and it has not solved the issue. I've switched it on and off, connected it to my laptop via usb and it didnt recognise the printer.
I currently am a Windows 10 user, and my question is is this printer no longer compatible with windows 10 machines??
If it still is why isn't the drivers workings from the HP website?
Many Thanks,
Zara
