Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an update our HP  computer Windows 10 stopped printing in colour on our HP Envy 4524 printer. When we followed your advice about going into preferences within the printer section  a box comes up saying we cannot get into that section to do anything. So we don't know where to go from there can you help please?

Are you using Classic print driver? Those usually have some limitations.

Went in to the Dialogue box it only had device settings but just said Installation Options  - Automatic Duplexing Unit - not installed or Automatic Configuration - which said Off. We have had the printer for a while but colour printing did work when we first got the new computer and windows 10.
