Thanks for your message. If you're unable to complete the setup of your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e on Windows 11, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:

1. Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)

HP requires the HP Smart app for setup and full functionality:


2. Disconnect VPN (if active)

  • If you're using a VPN, disconnect it before setup — it can block HP Smart from detecting the printer.


3. Reset Printer Network Settings

  • On the printer’s touchscreen:
    • Go to Settings > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings
    • Then, restart the setup using HP Smart


4. Download Full Driver Package (if needed)

If HP Smart doesn’t work, install the full driver manually: 🔗 HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
