Thanks for your message. If you're unable to complete the setup of your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e on Windows 11, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:
1. Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)
HP requires the HP Smart app for setup and full functionality:
- Download it from the Microsoft Store:
🔗 HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store - Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Connect the printer to Wi-Fi
- Install drivers
- Register the printer (required for HP+ and Instant Ink)
2. Disconnect VPN (if active)
- If you're using a VPN, disconnect it before setup — it can block HP Smart from detecting the printer.
3. Reset Printer Network Settings
- On the printer’s touchscreen:
- Go to Settings > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings
- Then, restart the setup using HP Smart
4. Download Full Driver Package (if needed)
