Product: deskjet 3637

I got a new computer and am having problems getting my printer set up.  I downloaded the software, the smart app, and added a port.  At first, it would only print in black and white.  I added the port as it instructed me to through the virtual assistant.  It did go back to color but now won't print at all.  Any suggestions?

tried changing the location setting and it seems to be printing now!
