Installed new printer, and need a  Desktop App to get access to the printer, to enable different functions.

To use your HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer effectively, you can install the HP printer software which will provide you with access to the various functions of the printer.

How to Install Printer Software:

Download the Printer Software:

Install the Software:

  • Locate the downloaded software file on your computer.
  • Double-click the file to run the installation wizard.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

Connect the Printer:

  • When prompted, connect your printer to the computer using the provided USB cable if necessary. The printer can also be connected wirelessly if your setup supports it.

Configure the Printer Settings:

  • Once installed, you can access the HP printer software from the Start menu.
  • Use the software to manage printing preferences, check estimated ink levels, perform maintenance tasks, and access other functionalities.
