I got sick of being asked to register/install eprint so i did. i understand this might be advantageous for phone tablet etc. but now that i've got it on my pc i can't access properties when printing. When i click properties i get the eprint window. I want to be able to select what pages to print, print in draft mode and access all the other tools. I just want it to work like it did before i registered eprint.
Thanks.

Hey @awreg,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are having some issues with printing from your Windows 10 PC to your Deskjet 3630 e-All-In-One Printer. I can help you with that.
To sort out the print queues:
- If the printer is connected to your PC through a USB cable, remove it.
- In your search bar type in Printers and open Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on any icons of your printer listed.
- Click on Remove Device.
- Repeat for any other icons of your printer listed.
- If you removed the USB cable, connect it. If not, click on Add Printer and follow the prompts to add a print queue for your printer.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to print, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
