Hi
I logged onto the EWS for my HP Color Laser 150nw using the default admin user & was prompted to change the default password. I did this, but now it won't let me log back in again!
I've tried searching for answers in the forums, but it seems that all the details for how to reset the printer have been DM'd to avoid people applying the instructions to the wrong printer....
Could you send me the instructions for my model?
thanks
Pedro

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the network settings:
Press and hold the (Wireless) button on the control panel for about 20 seconds. When the (Attention) LED and the (Power) LED start blinking together, release the (Wireless) button.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!

Hello,
this doenst help
i dont even use the wireless mode of my printer.
refering to the manuel procedure this only serve to reset network wifi configuration, that's not the point of my problem
i can access to my printer though network
i can even go on the web interface of the printer
but when i use the login button on the web interface i can't log on anymare
it worked the first time using the classic, admin and blank password,
i did a change of the admin user and the password for security reason, but since then i cant login anymore.
user password are correct but the printer doent accept them
please just tell me to do a factory reset of the printer, so i can go back to the default setting, and by that i mean, admin ID and blank password setting
regards
