Hello. I have had someone steal my passwords and accounts. I do not know the printer password when I go to re set up my printer and right after I domy wifi information to connect it asked me for the printer password I don't reme.ber ever making. Please advise how to reset it and also what security measures are out their for my printer? Please and thank you.

If you want to reset the printer to its factory settings, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Make sure the printer is connected to a secured wireless network. All the devices connected to the same network will be able to access the printer.
If you do not want any other devices on this network to access the printer, then you have to use a USB cable.
