Hi @Shivang_,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To factory reset your HP DeskJet 2723 All-in-One Printer and remove the custom password, follow these steps.

Power Off the Printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait for 60 Seconds: Leave the printer unplugged for about a minute.

Reconnect the Power: Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.

Perform a Factory Reset:

  • On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Cancel button (the red X button) and the Wireless button (the button that looks like a wireless signal) at the same time.
  • Hold both buttons for about 5-10 seconds until the power light blinks and then releases.

Check Printer Settings: Once the printer restarts, it should be reset to factory settings, including the network settings and any passwords.

After the reset, you'll need to reconfigure your printer settings, including reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
