HP Deskjet 2732 All In One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have completely forgotten my admin password to finish setting up my Deskjet 2732 printer after moving it to another room in my house. Now I can't get hp smart  to ever finish setting up my printer, because I can't remember admin password. It is definitely not the factory password. I try about 4 passwords, then it locks me out for about 10 minutes. Is there a way to do a full factory reset?

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
