how do I downgrade my M283cdw printer firmware to 20200612?

The linked articles you sent me were for InkJets.  I have a LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw.  I was unable to fix my issue following the instructions for the inkjets.

It looks like I have the most recent firmware (20230705).  Is there one that is more recent than that?

update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

If you already have the latest firmware on your printer, then you might see any options for firmware updates.
