I can't get my printer to print out a paper copy it sends everything to onenote. How do I change it. Also I'm locked in to admid password to get into printer I put in password but it says I'm wrong.

@Jwtheduke, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

It seems like the printer is not set as default. While printing, make sure the printer is selected in the app you are using to print.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Try to print.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Right-click on the printer > Set as default.

 

If you wish to access the EWS page of the printer, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer as you are not able to login due to a password issue.
