Hi @JJPAP,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to remove your old printer from your HP Pavilion 590-p0054 running Windows 11 and install your new HP Envy Inspire 7955e. Follow these steps:

Remove Old Printer

  1. Open Settings:
    • Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    • Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Find the Old Printer:
    • Scroll through the list and click on your old printer.
  3. Remove It:
    • Click Remove and confirm.

Install New HP Envy Inspire 7955e

Option 1: Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

  1. Download the HP Smart app: 👉 HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
  2. Open the app and click “Add Printer”.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your HP Envy Inspire 7955e to Wi-Fi and install drivers.

Option 2: Manual Installation

  1. Go to: 👉 HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
  2. Download the Full Feature Software and Driver.
  3. Run the installer and follow the setup steps.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
