Hi @Jfp27,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for help with removing PC from scan to PC list on your Printer.
To remove a PC from the "Scan to PC" list on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw, follow these steps:
Access the Printer’s Web Interface:
- Make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
- Find the IP address of your printer. You can usually find this on the printer's display screen by navigating to the network settings or printing a configuration page.
- Enter the IP address into a web browser on your computer to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
Log in to the EWS:
- You may be prompted to enter a username and password. The default credentials are often “admin” for the username and either no password or “admin” for the password. If you’ve changed these, use the updated credentials.
Navigate to the Scan Settings:
- Once logged in, go to the "Scan" tab or section in the EWS.
- Look for a section related to “Scan to PC” or “Scan to Computer”.
Manage Scan to PC Settings:
- Find the option for managing or editing the list of PCs that are set up for scanning.
- You should see a list of PCs or destinations. Select the PC you want to remove.
Remove the PC:
- There should be an option to delete or remove the selected PC from the list. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
Save Changes:
- After removing the PC, make sure to save the changes to update the printer's settings.
Verify:
- You can check the printer’s display or re-access the EWS to ensure that the PC has been successfully removed from the list.
