how to get personal password for 4158 driver installation

I downloaded the Easy Start printer setup for HP desk jet plus 4158 and in order to finish the install I need a personal code.  Where do I get this code.  I have tried the serial # and pin # but neither worked.

I was able to connect to Wi-Fi.  However on the screen that shows the various functions in color buttons (i.e., scan, print, print photos, help, settings, etc.) it says "finish setup".  When I click on this, it asks for a personal password.  I have no idea where to fine this personal password.  Any ideas?
