How do I locate installation software for HP Officejet pro 6968 all-in-one? I see drivers and HP smart, but which file is the actual software to operate the printer. Can't locate my original disk. Having to reinstall due to scanning communication errors. Printing works fine.

Full Feature Software has been "moved" to sub-category Software-Utility

Software and drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

The change was likely supposed to be obvious - like a lot of things, "not so much".

Full Feature Software

HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

NOTE:

HP Smart for Windows and the Full Feature Software can be on the computer at the same time.
