Hi @eljoe042905,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If you're looking to reset the network settings or perform a basic wireless reset on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415, here's the step-by-step process:
Reset Wireless Settings on HP Ink Tank Wireless 415
This is useful if you're changing your Wi-Fi network or having connection issues:
✅ Steps:
- Turn on the printer (make sure it's not in sleep mode).
- On the printer control panel, press and hold the following two buttons at the same time:
- The Wireless button (📶)
- The Cancel button (✖️)
- Hold both buttons for at least 3 seconds, then release them.
- The Wireless light will start blinking — this means the wireless settings have been reset, and the printer is ready to connect to a new Wi-Fi network.
Reconnect Using HP Smart App (Recommended)
- Download and install the HP Smart app:
👉 HP printer setup (HP Smart app) | HP® Support - Open the app and click “Set up a new printer.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
