Hi, thanks for posting your question. Can you confirm the model number as 312 appears to be a typo. On the printer there should be a sticker with the serial number and the model number (or product ID). Please post just the model number.

Since that i could not use the printer and it is a another brick on the table! 😄

It is unbelievable HP does not leave this information publicly available in its support home page!
