macOS 12.0 Monterey

Am trying to set up this printer for the first time. It shows up on my wifi but asks for a password, however there is no information anywhere about what this might be (apart from 12345678 which is "Incorrect"). I hold the down arrow/resume button but nothing prints, I only get a flashing !. 

Is there any way to connect this printer or should I give up? It would help if it had an information screen!!! So frustrating.

              Hello   Happy,

 

This post is for the ones that can not print because of  printer connectivity issues  or the  printer status is offline .
