If your HP Envy 7855 printer is stuck on the loading page and the buttons are not visible, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds to allow the internal components to reset.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer covers and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • Carefully remove any stuck paper.

Reset the Printer:

  • With the printer powered on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and the rear of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer if it does not turn on automatically.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that the printer's firmware is updated to the latest version. You can check for updates on the HP support website.

Factory Reset:

  • If the issue persists, try performing a factory reset. Refer to the printer's user manual for instructions on how to reset the printer to its factory settings.
