hp neverstop laser mfp 1202w

 

My business partner gave me this printer and have tried everything to get it connected to the wifi but it will not pull up at all when I go to search on the HP Smart app from my macbook or iphone. 

 

I have tried over 15x along with factory reseting the printer.  Then the piece of paper it prints out shows it is still connected to the previous wifi which I think is the actual issue.  Simply first needs to be factory reset, then I should be able to search and find it to connect to wifi.  

 

I have read every article on HP along with google and videos.  NOTHING works.  I've setup over a dozen HP printers to wifi in my life and have never had this issue.
