Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone, I'm experimenting issues with my printer: suddenly, every time I try to print or scan through HP Smart, the app asks me to sign in. When I try, it doesn't open and redirects me to a blank page on Chrome. Someone can help me? Thanks in advance
