Hi @mmurphyj ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are having trouble accessing the HP driver support page for your laptop model, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, browser-related issues can cause problems. Try accessing the page using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, to see if the issue persists.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve display issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies, then try accessing the HP support page again.

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. If there are connectivity issues, it might be causing problems loading the page. Try accessing other websites to check your internet connection.

Use a VPN: In some cases, regional restrictions or network issues may prevent access to certain websites. You can try using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to access the HP support page from a different location.

Check for BIOS Updates Within the Device Manager: In Windows, you can check for BIOS updates through the Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button, select "Device Manager," expand the "Firmware" category, and look for "BIOS." Right-click on "BIOS" and choose "Update driver." Windows will search for the latest driver updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
