My Mac book air laptop installed the newest version of my macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 and now I went to print and it says there's no printer and when I used my install disk it has a circle with a line through it and said I need the newest update from the company from which I got it but on your site it doesn't have a download or way to make a new install disc it say something about Catalina which isn't my OS please help I need to print something urgently.

I understand you are unable to install your printer on the current mac os.
HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer Series Driver for macOS is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in macOS Big Sur. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.
NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.
