Product: m1132mfp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after installing windows 10 to new ssd disk. latest software from hp website doesnt see my printer. can you please give dll files for print/scan. windows detect my printer/scaner. but hp software doesn't see it.  on previous windows 8.1 all was ok!

Hi,

Have you followed the HP installation and installed the HP Software or the software may extract but won't launch?

 

If you only see the software extracts please follow below steps to launch it and install the drivers:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-Laserjet-installation-won-t-start-on-Window...
